The Emotional Clarity Session offers a calm, supportive, and confidential space where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Together, we explore what is currently present in your life, what may be holding you back, and what your next step could be.
Even within 35 minutes, greater clarity, emotional relief, and a renewed sense of direction can emerge.

A Note on My Qualifications
I am fully trained and certified in France as a practitioner of both Humanistic Psychotherapy and Jungian Psychotherapy, and have been actively practicing since 2015.
My approach is rooted in the principles of humanistic psychotherapy and the analytical psychology of Carl Gustav Jung. Together, we look beyond your immediate challenges to explore the deeper inner patterns, beliefs, and unconscious dynamics that shape your daily life and experiences.
Rather than simply managing symptoms, our goal is to help you rediscover your innate inner resources, cultivate fresh perspectives, and forge a genuinely authentic connection to yourself.
Depending on individual’s needs, the process may include: conversations, guided imagery, creative methods, body awareness, breathing exercises, and working with inner images and symbols.

- Clients will reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice if needed.
- Clients understand if they miss an appointment, it will not be made up.
- Clients won’t copy any of the audios or material to others without permission.
- Clients understand they are fully responsible for their health and that these sessions and Catrin’s services won’t replace any medical treatment, advice for physical or mental illness.
- Clients alone are responsible and accountable for their decisions, actions and results in life, and by their use of this program or Catrin’s services, clients agree not to attempt to hold Catrin liable for any such decisions, actions, results, at any time, under any circumstances.
- Clients are open to the wisdom beyond their intellectual mind.
