My Work

Since 2015, I have been working as a certified practitioner of humanistic psychotherapy and Jungian psychotherapy in France. I am German and do speak English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

In my work, I combine depth psychological approaches based on the work of Carl Gustav Jung with humanistic psychotherapy, as well as body-oriented and resource-oriented methods.

My goal is to support people in reconnecting with their inner strength, clarity, and vitality.

For many years, I worked internationally with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Again and again, I observed that beneath outer achievements, responsibilities, and life circumstances, many people were longing for the same thing: A deeper connection with themselves.

This insight eventually led me to train in humanistic psychotherapy and Jungian depth psychology and dedicate my work to supporting people through personal transformation and emotional healing.

My work is rooted in a blend of therapeutic depth and lived experience. Grounded in humanistic and Jungian psychotherapy, I guide women who have already done a great deal of inner work – and are now ready to meet themselves on a deeper level.

This is not about optimizing yourself. And it’s not about gaining more insight. It’s about learning to feel again. To listen inwardly. To reconnect with your own inner rhythm.

My Story

I first caught a glimpse of my soul’s purpose over 30 years ago when I was a young, energetic, single, first-class airline stewardess traveling around the world and serving up more than drinks.

My passengers seemed to know they could press the “call button” and I’d appear ready to listen to their incredible life stories and problems. Although I couldn’t explain it at the time, I often served up my psychic insights that changed many lives and businesses.

I’ll never forget the well-known businessman who poured out his dilemma on how to convince a potential client to invest in his heart-based business.

He was shocked and grateful to receive a brilliant idea that popped into my mind on how to clinch the deal.

Then it was my turn to be surprised when he predicted that one day I’d be in a different field and have a lot of success helping people like him who were stuck in their businesses and lives.

He was right – and he planted a dream in my head. I began to ponder how I could use my intuitive skills to change my career and serve more people.

We often get a glimpse of our soul’s purpose, but it often takes personal crisis to really fulfill it and turn it into a business.

It took many years and a profound personal crisis to go on a path of inner adventure before I eventually created a business based on my soul’s calling.

Fast forward to 1995 when my personal challenges began. I separated from a difficult marriage and found myself a dedicated mom of a 4-year-old daughter struggling to take care of her as I jetted around the world.

My mother was able to help for awhile and then I invested a lot of time, energy and money in a shared mum and kid community that didn’t work out in the end.

At that point I felt like a complete failure with few options, and I almost had a nervous breakdown not knowing what to do or how to give the best care for my daughter while carrying out my well paid dream job.

While taking a break to reflect on my life, I suddenly realized that I had reproduced my parent’s emotional pattern; they also separated when I was 4 – the same age as my daughter was.

I remembered how painful the separation was for me as a little girl and the serious health problems that came from pushing aside the pain. I hated having to choose between living with my mother in Europe or my father in America. With this insight, I decided to move back close to my daughter’s father so that we could share the parenting.

You must listen to your soul’s calling and see the repetitive emotional patterns to be able to move forward in your life and business.

Meanwhile, I was helping a lot of people with my psychic, intuitive insights through evolutionary astrology and tarot card readings. Yet I knew I needed to have more knowledge about the mind and more effective tools for a real transformation while also working on my own issues.

I desperately wanted to have my own business and started planning how to build one, but I had neither the focus nor the depth and energy to follow through.

I felt overwhelmed and immobilized by my repressed anger.

Then destiny intervened. After entering into a romantic relationship with a new love on the other side of the Atlantic, I started reliving the pain caused by my father leaving and being so out of reach during my childhood. And now my daughter was experiencing the same as I crisscrossed the ocean.

I was in a stalemate. No matter what I decided – new love? or my daughter? – I felt I could not win. I needed to break this impasse before the implosion.

So I made a radical choice – committed to and investing in myself. I went on to study humanistic psychology and psychotherapy for 15 long years (while being in psychotherapy myself), eventually becoming a jungian practitioner of psychotherapy and international transformation coach, while still flying part-time.

I finally became psychologically mature and was then able to grow into the life and business I dreamed of.

Following your dream means investing yourself fully in the process – and letting go of old ways of being.

Through this long inner journey, I had to surrender and give up the belief that I could “do it all” by myself, alone. I could no longer repress the pain I had growing up. I had also to give up the belief that if I only had the perfect relationship I wanted, I would finally follow my dream.

So I found experts who have integrated their knowledge and are a living example of what they teach, as I’m now doing. This way I inspire my clients to grow themselves through honoring united strength, effort and shared wisdom – without needing it to take 15 years to do so!

I also realized that I needed to turn within to my angel guides so I could reinvent and innovate my life on my own. With their help, I learned how to stop hiding my real self and start listening to my soul’s messages.

Turning within to your guides and soul messages will enable you to reinvent your life in a way that’s true to you – and create a business that resonates with your soul.

By making the decision to break my family’s and my own emotional patterns and live closer to my daughter, healing my own inner wounds and going on a journey of deep inner transformation, I finally had the energy, motivation and clarity to launch my own business.

Now as a therapist and spiritual mentor, I can solidly and happily navigate my life and business from my soul’s purpose while guiding clients like YOU on your life path and transformational inner journey.
